EMPLOYEE SAID THE SEAT IN THE 980 LOADER WAS MAKING HIS BACK SORE AND THAT IT WAS BROKEN. NOT SURE WHEN ACCIDENT OCCURRED. SEAT WAS REPLACED. EMPLOYEE IS CURRENTLY OFF WORK AND RECEIVING PHYSICAL THERAPY.

While assisting in the repairs of a 30" feed belt, ee cut the knuckle of his left index finger after coming into contact with a sharp v-belt pulley. He at first refused medical treatment, but was later convinced he should go. He received 4 stitches.
