3 employee's were cleaning up around the waterpump area, moving a frame. Loader operator leaned out of the machine to tell 2nd EE & injured employee to chain the frame to the loader bucket. Loader operator heard injured employee yelling "pick it up", "pick it up". Loader operator lifted the bucket and injured employee fell to the ground holding their foot.

MAN WAS PICKING UP ROCKS AND FELT PAIN WHEN HE LIFTED AN EXTRA LARGE ROCK. THE PAIN SUBSIDED AND HE WORKED THE REST OF THE DAY. WHEN HE REPORTED FOR WORK ON 5-23-94 HE INFORMED THE SUPERVISOR OF THE INCIDENT AND REQUESTED MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR A KNOT ON HIS LEFT SIDE.
