Owl's Head Sod Farm, LTD, LLP · Fall from machine

Employee passed out and fell approximately 8 feet off of the top platform off an off-road dump truck (onto sand ground). Employee injured head and bruised ribs. Employee was transported to local emergency room where he was tested over the legal alcohol limt.
