EE was changing a tail pully bearing. EE was holding the shaft up with a bar while cleaning it for reassembly. When bar slipped off of the shaft and pinched left index finger between shaft and conv. frame.

Employee was cutting a doorway in a cargo container with a hand grinder. The steel pinched the wheel and the grinder slipped hitting EE in the leg requiring 5 staples.
