MAN WAS ASSTISING IN INSTALLING ROCK BOLTS WITH CHAIN LINK AND MATS. BOLT WAS BEING DRIVEN WHEN SOME ROCKS CAME OUT OF BACK ABOVE CHAIN LINK AND BOUNCED FREE. ONE ROCK STRUCK GLANCING BLOW T O MANS HARD HAT, SPRAINING HIS NECK.
