Packway Materials Inc · Struck by flying object

Employee was helping change a track pin on an excavator. The employee injured was standing nearby. Another employee was hammering the pin out. Part of the pin split of and hit the injured employee in the eye. The shrapnel was embedded. 1st surgery 12/7/2017, second surgery 1/9/2018.
