Southern Arizona Sand and Gravel LLC. · Struck by falling object

Miner failed to adequately support a worn cutting edge while trying to replace it from a scraper bucket. The worn cutting edge fell onto the miners leg causing a bruise and possible strained muscle in miners leg. The miner missed 5 days of work with sore leg and returned to work 6-4-2025. Miner was released to work by doctor.
