FUELING EQUIPMENT CLIMBED ON FRAME OF FUEL TRUCK TO CONNECT HOSE AND ENGAGE MOTOR TO RUN PUMP HE HAS DONE THIS MANY TIMES WITH NO PROBLEM HE SLIPPED STARTED TO FALL TO THE GROUND TRIED TO BRAC E HIMSELF WITH HIS R LEG TO THE SIDE AND LANDED ON IT ON AN ANGLE CAUSED HIS KNEE TO TWIST HE MENTIONED THAT POSSIBLY THE STRONG WINDS THAT WERE BLOWING MAY HAVE HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH HIM

WE HAD JUST REASSEMBLED SCREEN SHAFT AT THE CRUSHER WITH NEW BEARINGS AND WERE RUNNING TO TEST IT. ROGER WAS CHECKING BEARINGS TO SEE IF THEY WERE OVERHEATING AND SOMEHOW HE SLIPPED AND GOT HI S HAND CAUGHT BETWEEN THE DRIVE BOX HOUSING AND MAIN BOX TIE SHAFT.
