EMPLOYEE WAS LOWERING AN ADJUSTABLE ROCK CHUTE, WHEN HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER BECAME PINCHED BETWEEN TWO SECTIONS OF CHUTE. THE SKIN OVER THE KNUCKLE OF THE FINGER WAS LACERATED REQUIRING SUTUR ING.
