Pine Bend Paving, Inc. · Struck by falling object

Removing hopper unit from conveyor - placing spacers under hopper unit - pry bar slipped out from between hopper unit & conveyor causing hopper unit to drop down catching right ring finger on right hand underneath hopper unit spliting open the finger.
