While changing belts on the jaw, an employee was using a cable come-along. EE was pulling the motor tighter to the wheel, the come-along slipped and employee rolled off 5ft platform. The employee fell on shoulder and side of face sustaining laceration and broken nose. The employee was wearing hard hat, but was not wearing high fall gear.
