INJURED BACKED UP THE TRUCK TO FUEL THE BACKHOE. HE COMPLETED THE WORK AND WALKED TO THE CAB AND TOOK PTO OUT OF GEAR. BACKHOE OPERATOR WITNESSED INJURED GO BACK TO THE TRUCK CAB TO DRIVE OF F SO HE MOUNTED HOE TO BEGIN OPERATIONS. HE DID NOT DRIVE OFF BUT INSTEAD RETURNED TO BACK OF TRUCK TO LOCK BACK COMPARTMENT. HOE OPERATOR BEGAN OPERATION AND PINNED HIM BETWEEN THE HOE AND
