I.NAME HAD JUST DUMPED LOAD OF COAL INTO CRUSHER. FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON HE GOT OUT OF TRUCK WALKED TO OTHER SIDE OF TRUCK. HE EVIDENTLY DID NOT SET BRAKE BECAUSE TRUCK STARTED ROLLING. HE R AN AROUND TRUCK & TRIED TO GET BACK INTO TRUCK. TRUCK KNOCKED HIM DOWN.
