EE was walking along the saw tracks after adjusting the saw. EE slipped and fell face first, hitting face (brow/nose) on the track.

Crane was being moved into place; boom moved without warning, hitting EE with a hydraulic splitter. We found later that the shaft on the swing gear broke away from the rotator gear.

HE PULLED THE BRACING BOARD ON THE SAW CART HOLDING A STONE SLAB, ALLOWING THE SLAB TO FALL, KICKING THE BRACE OUT, HITTING HIM IN THE SHOULDER.

DURING ATTEMPT TO LIFT A STUCK CUTTING BELT FROM A CUT THE CHAIN BROKE HITTING EE ON THE HEAD. STITCHES WERE TAKE EXPECT RETURN WHEN STITCHES ARE REMOVED IN ONE WEEK.
