INJURED WAS WORKIGN WIHT ME LAODING RAILCARS WHEN THE RAW COAL BELT FEEDING THE TIPPLE QUITE RUNNING. T HE STARTER WAS SINGLE PHASEING. WE CHECK THE MOTOR AND ELADS BUT COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WEARING SO WE TRIED TO START IT AGAIN AND SOMEHOW THE TIPS ARCED BETWEEN TWO PHASES AND HE GOT A FLASH BURN IN HIS EYES. WE WORKED REST OF THE DAY. HE WENT TO DR THAT NIGHT.
