Banks Construction Company · Struck against a moving object

The loader operator suffered a back sprain while moving stockpiled material around the site. First aid of alternating ice and heat was applied. Next day, visited our physician who prescribed muscle relaxer and ice and heat and allowed light duty. Follow up is scheduled for May 17, 2016
