WHEN PUTTING A PIN INTO THE CROWS FOOT OF THE 7500 DRAGLINE AN EMPLOYEE OF DIME COAL WAS DRIVING THE PIN INTO PLACE WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER. UPON STRIKING THE PIN A PIECE OF METAL FLECKED OFF OF IT AND STRUCK MR. MADDOX IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE NECK.
