FLASHING CAME OFF OF TOPSOIL PLANT. EE WENT TO PUT BACK ON WITH A PIECE OF REBAR. THE MACHINE CAUGHT HIS REBAR AND PULLED IT AND HIS HAND INTO ROLLER. HIS HAND WAS CAUGHT AND RECEIVED LACERATI ONS AND RUB BURNS IN WRIST AREA.
