EMPLOYEE WAS ON THE DECK OF THE DRAGLINE APPROX. 5'8" WHEN HE EITHER SLIPPED OR TRIPPED AND FELL HITTING HIS HEAD ON THE BOOM AND FALLING DOWN TO THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE HAS VERTEBRAE DAMAGE.
