SUPERVISOR WAS STANDING ON FRAME OF BREAKER 2' OFF OF GROUND. THE SUPERVISORS FOOT SLIPPED OFF OF FRAM E AND HE FELL TH E2' AND STRUCK THE GROUND. HIS HAND DISLODGED. A 2" X 6' ANGLE IRON W HICH STRUCK THE THUMB O FHIS LEFT HAND. THE THUMB REQUIRED STITCHES TO CLOSE WOUND.
