WHILE OPENING 10 INCH WATER LINE VALVE, THE VALVE RESISTED OPENING WHICH CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE TO TURN VERY FORCEFULLY WITH BOTH HANDS AT WHICH TIME THE VALVE RESISTANCE DECREASED SUDDENLY THE V ALVE ROTATED VE9Y FAST CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE S LEFT THUMB TO BE PINCHED AGAINST PROTRUDING NUTS ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF VALVE WHEEL THUMB SPRAINED.
