Finishing maintenance on wash plant screen deck, stepped down off screen motor onto round handle of spray bar cleaning tool. Handle rolled causing slip and twist of ankle.

Employee was torching a part on the cone crusher when a piece of debris got into EE's eye. Employee was following company policy and wearing safety glasses. Employee reported the injury the following day 7/11/2020 and was sent for medical review on 7/13/2020 to evaluate.
