EE AND OTHER WERE INSTALLING A SECTION OF SCHEDULE 40 PIPE IN THE #2 ROLLER MILL BUILDING. IN THE PROCESS, OTHER USED A PIECE OF NYLON ROPE TO HANG THE PIPE AND HOLD IT IN PLACE. EE WAS POSITI ONING THE PIPE WHEN THE ROPE SLIPPED, THE PIPE PINNED EE'S MIDDLE FINGER BETWEEN THE PIPE AND PIECE OF ANGLE IRON.
