BRAZING HYD. LINE OFF LINKBELT BACKHOE; TURNING LINE OVER TO BRAZE OTHER SIDE. HOT OIL SPILLED ONTO HIS ARM AND DID A PARTIAL THICKNESS BURN TO ARM; HE WAS WEARING PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND SAFET Y GLASSES.
