Arlan Pope Construction Inc · Struck against stationary object

EE was bent over side of screen box attemting to install screen panel-there is a conveyor above the screen he was working on & when he backed out of the small space he was working in he raised up before his head was clear of the conveyor and struck the conveyor with the top of his head causing the injury. He was standing on the walkway of the screen when the injury occurred.
