EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A DUMP TRUCK. TRUCK WAS PARKED FOR LOADING. LOADER CAME UP TO THE TRUCK TOO FAST AND HIT THE TRUCK FROM THE REAR. EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCED LOW BACK PAIN FROM THE JOLT.
