Northwestern Stone LLC · Fall from machine

Driver pulled on our truck scale. Our EE was at the office window. She heard a thump and then a scream and saw that the driver had fallen from his dump truck. She asked him if he was ok. He complained his head hurt. She remembers him saying he had missed step. EMS examined him and then transported him to the hospital.
