EMPLOYEE HAD HO2KED LOG CHAIN BETWEEN BUCKET AND PIPE. AS LOADER BUCKET WAS BEING RAISED EMPLOYEE WAS KEEPING CHAIN THIGHT BY HOLDING IT OUT WITH HIS HAND, CHAIN TIGHTENED AND CAUGHT LITTLE F INGER ON LEFT H5ND BETWEEN BUCKET LID AND CHAIN RESULTING IN A CUT WHICH REQUIRED STICTCHES TO CLOSE.
