traveling in loader on haul road - tilt bucket dug into roadway and abruptly stopped the loader' s forward motion resulting in employee being thrown forward into cab cross member. Force caused cut on nose and broken nose.

Employee was finishing up repairs and while closing an inspection door his right hand slipped off the door causing it to slam onto his left hand, little finger. His little finger on his left hand was smashed in the door jamb. The bone was exposed and his tendons were torn.
