Cone feeder was stopped due to rocks in the belt/tail drum. The guard was pulled to clean the area. Employee reached in to possibly brush out more rocks, their arm and hand were pulled into the machine and wedged between the belt/tail drum. Their arm rolled with the belt and was pushed out by the machine. Their hand had lacerations on it.
