ON 4-17-97 THREE WORKERS WERE PREPARING TO LEAVE A WORK AREA IN A PICKUP. DUE TO THE CLOSE CONFINEMENT OF THE TRUCK TO THE STEEL FRAMEWORK BEING WORKED ON, TWO MEN WERE STATIONED TO WATCH AND GIVE DIRECTIONS TO THE DRIVER. THE JOB SUPERVISOR WAS IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK AND EE WAS STANDING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRUCK BY THE STEEL FRAMEWORK. AFTER BOTH SPOTTERS WERE SURE THE
