EE IS AN MECHANIC, HE WAS REPLACING THE TABLE BUSHING ON DR-1. HE WAS ON THE DRILL DECK, THE OPERATOR WAS ATTEMPTING TO RAISE THE STEEL WHEN THEY HEARD A POP. THE PULL DOWN CHAIN HAD BROKEN RE LEASING IT AND IT FEEL AND STRUCK EE ON THE BACK, SHOULDER AND HIP. X RAYS FOUND ONE BROKEN RIB. HE HAD BEEN REALWED TO RETURN ON 4-20-99.
