Progressive Contracting, Inc · Struck against stationary object

Backing down from a dirt pad with drill, got too close to edge of the side of the pad and dirt gave away, drill rolled and turned over knocking out window. Operator hit head on the roof inside cab, then rolled out window landing on shoulder, neck, and back.

Driving a haul truck on a downhill slope that had been watered down, came around a corner meeting another truck, drive locked up the brakes and slide sideways into the bank and tipped the truck over.
