Employee was pulling on conveyer and caught one finger on each hand pulling nails off and breaking one finger.

HE HAD COMPLETED WELDING A CONVEYOR FRAME RIGGED FROM CONE IN PLACE. STOOD UP TO DISCONNECT THE LOAD. DISCONNECTED THE LOAD END OF THE CHAIN. WHEN THE HOOK END CAME OFF. IT KNOCKED OFF MY WELD ING HOOD AND STRUCK INJURED ON THE HEAD NEAR THEHAIRLINE CAUSING A SMALL CUT REQUIRING 5 STITCHES.
