Crowley Construction Inc · Struck by falling object

EE WAS RUNNING LOADER/CAB WHEN STACKER OVERLOADED. THE FOREMAN STARTED SHOVELING IT OFF & ASKED EE TO WALK OVER TO THE MOTOR WHICH WOULD START THE STACKER & TRY TO START THE MACHINE. THE MOTOR IS MOUNTED UNDER THE STACKER. EE STARTED THE MACHINE & A ROCK FELL OFF THE STACKER & HIT HIM ON THE HEAD REQUIRING STITCHES.
