RAMS BROKE AWAY FROM TRUCK BED, WHILE IN UP POSITION, CAUSING LOAD TO FALL AND BED BOUNCED ON CHASSIS. THIS CAUSED EE TO BOUNCE UP STRIKING CAB ROOF WITH HIS HEAD CAUSING BACK STRAIN.
