HE WAS CHECKING CRUSHER SCREENS IN STORAGE TRAILER. SCREENS CAME UNHOOKED AND FELL AGAINST HIM STRIKING HIM IN THE CHEST AREA. PUNCTURE WOUND AND ABRASIONS TO UPPER LEFT SIDE OF CHEST, REQUIRING STITCHES FOR PUNCTURE WOUND. NO INTERNAL INJURIEA/DAMAGE
