EMPLOYEE WAS MO5ING LOARGE STONES INTO CRUSHER JAW WITH WIRE HOOK ABOUT 5 FOOT IN LENGTH. STONE DROPPED SUDDENLY INTO CRUSHER WITH THE WIRE HOOK CAUGHT BENEATH THE STONE. TO PREVENT THE WIR E HOOK FROM GOI3G INTO THE CRUSHER THE EMPLOYEE MAINTAINED HIS GRIP ON THE WIRE HOOK WHICH PULLED HIM DOWN WARD FROM THE WRIST ON A SUDDEN MOVEMENT AND EMPLOYEE STRUCK EDGE OF BIN WITH ELBOW.
