Lincoln County Highway Department · Fall from ladders

Employee was in a hurry and walked down a ladder the wrong way (forward) when his foot slipped off the step. He fell approximately four feet onto the ground injuring his right arm and lower back. He scraped his arm and has a sore lower back.
