Loader on top of highwall emptied bucket containing rock. Water truck was driving through pit. Rock (approximately 10 - 14") hit drivers door pushing door handle into thigh of driver. Driver bruised on leg - no break. Truck door replaced.

MEN WERE CHANGING CUTTING EGE ON 980C LOADER BUCKET USING AIR WRENCH TO REMOVE V BOLT EMPL REACHED UNDER BUCKET TO HOLD BOLT. THERE WAS SHARP EDGE ON BOLT & WHEN AIR WRENCH TURN ED ON BOLTHEAD TURNED IN PALM OF RIGHT HAND CUTTING HAND.
