Rango Inc. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Unstable oversized material in the jaw crusher was not secured. EE attempted to manually chain it, exposing their hand to a pinch point between the rock and crusher wall. This resulted in a pinch injury causing a laceration to the middle finger on the left hand.
