WHEN HE STEPPED ON THE TONGUE OF THE POWER SCREEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL ONTO HIS BACK. THE TONGUE OF THE POWER SCREEN HAD WET DUST ON IT WHICH MADE IT SLIPPERY CAUSING HIS FALL. NO WORK TIME WAS LOST AS A RESULT OF HIS INJURY.
