Johnson Sand & Gravel Inc · Fall onto or against objects

Contractor was unloading a crate of crusher parts from the pick up bed when a board on the crate broke. EE slipped on the wet, plastic bed liner, fell on a skid steer bucket. EE drove self to the nearest hospital where EE was treated for a bruise and released.
