EE BELIEVES HE STRAINED HIS BACK WHILE CHANGING THE SCREENS ON THE 1213 PLANT. HE SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION ON 2-4-99. HE IS TO BE OFF WORK FOR ABOUT 1 WEEK. IF HIS BACK IS NOT BETTER BY THEN H E IS TO SEE THE DR AGAIN.
