Sam Gaastra & Sons Inc · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

EE AND OTHER EMPLOYEE WERE REMOVING THE WINDSHIELD FROM A TRUCK, WHICH IS HELD IN PLACE BY A RUBBER GASKET. EE WAS REMOVING THE GASKET, STARTING FROM ONE CORNER AND WORKING HIS WAY AROUND THE WINDSHIELD. AS HE DID THIS HE APPARENTLY REACHED OUT TO FAR AND STRAINED HIS BACK.
