California Rock Crusher Corp · Fall to the walkway or working surface

After completing pre-trip, miner was walking to a second truck and suffered a seizure and fell on ground knocking off hard hat. Employee convulsed and hit their head on gravel ground, receiving scrapes and cuts to head and shoulder.
