EES WERE REMOVING CRIBBING UNDER JAW CRUSHER. CRIBBING IN 4" X 4" X 8'. THE CRIB HUNG UP ON EE, HEPUT HIS HAND ON TOP OF CRIB TO PUSH WHEN THE OPPOSITE END DROPPED, PINCHING HIS LEFT HAND BETW EEN THE CRIB AND THE CRUSHER FRAME, BREAKING TWO METACARPAL BONES.

ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS EMPLOYEE WAS LEAVING THE WORK SITE AFTER HIS SHIFT CARRYING HIS LUNCH BOX/ICE CHEST. HE LOST HIS GRIP AND ATTEMPTED TO SET IT DOWN ON A CONVEYOR UNDERCARRIAGE TO HIS LEFT, HE NOTICED A PAIN IN HIS BACK AS HE TURNED LEFT TO SET THE ICE CHEST DOWN. HE IS RECEIVING A PHYSICAL THERAPY AND CONTINUING TO WORK. HE IS NOT DOING ANY LIFTING. THERAPY FOR 2-3 WEEKS.
