PLANT OPERATOR STARTED CONVEYOR WHILE OILER WAS ON CONVEYOR CAUSING OILER TO FALL TO GROU,D REPAIR OF CONVEYOR WAS JUST COMPLETED & OILER WAS SUPPOSED TO L OBSERVE WHILE IT WAS STARTED & RUN. OILER HOWEVER THOUGH HE HAD TIME TO FINISH GREASING CONVEYOR & HE WAS AT HEAD PULLEY WHEN ONVEYOR STARTED. CONVEWYOR IS NOT VISABLE TO OPERATOR.
