Ellensburg Cement Products Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

THE EMPLOYEE HAD JUST ARRIVED AT THE CRUSHING SITE AND WAS OPENING THE GATE WHEN THE GATE SLIPPED FROM HIS GRASP. THE GATE SLAMMED SHUT, SMASHING THE TIP OF THE LITTLE FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND. THIS RESULTED IN A LACERATION WITH TISSUE LOSS.
