EMPLOYEE BECAME ENTANGLED ON ROLLS OF THE CRUSHER, HE WAS STANDING ON ROLL FEED CONVEYER, AFTER REMOVING MATERIAL FROM JAW OF FEED CONVEYER, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ACCIDENTLY TURNED ON ROLL FEED CON VEYER, HE WAS THROWN IN TO FEED HOPPER OF ROLL AND ENTANGLED LEG.
